Terms of sale

Purchase or reservation is documented in a written contract (identity of the puppy, price, payment terms and applicable legal notices in Quebec / Canada as relevant).

Any health guarantee is defined in that contract; it does not cover poor maintenance, accidents or lack of follow-up care after pickup.

Deposits secure the puppy under the terms shown on the profile and in writing. When in doubt, review before you pay.
